The Wooden Nordic Up and Down Block Wall Light – Metal and Wood – Black

Some lights illuminate a room — this one transforms it. The Wooden Nordic Up and Down Block Wall Light – Metal and Wood – Black is built on a simple but deeply satisfying idea. From the outside, it reads as a clean, squared-off matte black block, sharp-edged, understated, and architectural. But tilt your gaze downward and the story changes entirely.

The angled lower opening exposes a natural wood interior that glows warmly when the two G9 bulbs fire up, casting a rich amber pool of light up and down the wall. It’s the kind of glow that doesn’t just light a space it sets a mood. The wood grain catches the light from within, creating a subtle warmth that no painted or lacquered surface could replicate. The result is a fixture that feels both crafted and considered, balancing the cool precision of matte black metal with the inherent warmth of natural timber.

At 12x10x12cm, The Wooden Nordic Block Wall Light is deliberately compact designed to add atmosphere without dominating the wall. It suits hallways and entryways where a single well-placed sconce can set the tone for an entire home, but works just as beautifully beside a bed, above a console table, or along a staircase wall. Install a pair for a symmetrical, gallery-like effect, or let a single fixture stand alone as a quiet statement.

Compatible with two G9 bulbs (sold separately) to enhance the wood tones and keep the atmosphere intimate.
