Wall-hung vanity unit with stone top

Why It Matters

One matched piece instead of three separate decisions

Sourcing a cabinet, a basin and a counter top separately means matching three sets of proportions and hoping the tap holes line up. A vanity unit arrives as one piece, the basin, top and cabinet or frame already sized to each other, so the only decisions left are mount style and width.

The two decisions that matter most: mount style, wall-hung or framed, which sets how the piece sits in the room, and width, which has to match your available wall run and whether you need a single or double basin.

Common Questions

Bathroom vanity FAQ

What is the difference between a wall-hung and a framed vanity?+

A wall-hung vanity fixes directly to the wall with no legs, leaving the floor beneath it clear, a look that reads lighter and makes cleaning easier. A framed vanity stands on a visible metal or wood frame, closer to a piece of furniture, and suits a bathroom with a more traditional or industrial material story.

Does a vanity come with the basin included?+

Our vanity units are sold as a complete wash-stand, the cabinet or frame and the basin as one piece, so the proportions and tap holes are already matched. You still choose the tap and mirror separately to finish the look.

What size vanity fits a standard Nairobi bathroom?+

An 80 cm vanity is the most common width for a single-basin bathroom and comfortably fits most ensuite and family bathroom layouts. Smaller powder rooms can go down to 60 cm, larger primary bathrooms often run 100 cm or wider, or take two vanities side by side.

What top material should I choose for a vanity?+

Sintered stone and marble-effect stone tops resist heat, stains and daily wear with almost no maintenance, and are the standard choice for a busy family bathroom. Ceramic-topped vanities cost less and still clean up easily, a good fit for a guest bathroom used less often.

How much do bathroom vanities cost in Kenya?+

A complete 80 cm vanity unit, frame or wall-hung, with an integrated basin, typically runs from around KES 43,500 to KES 55,000 depending on top material and finish. Larger or custom-sized vanities are quoted individually. All prices include VAT.
